Unlimited ambition
At Mayden, our life’s work is creating digital technology that changes what’s possible for clinicians and patients. We design and build insightful cloud based systems to support healthcare services in providing high quality, comprehensive and consistent care.
Our leading digital care record system – iaptus – supports psychological therapy services in the NHS talking therapies programme, securely storing the clinical records of more than three million patients. We provide analytics services to help healthcare providers unlock the information within their data and use valuable insights to improve their service efficiency and outcomes.
Unlimited innovation
We believe that the best solutions emerge when people come together to solve a problem. We like to work collaboratively with our customers to develop new technologies and we’re always seeking ways to improve the workflow for clinicians and outcomes for patients.
The NHS is committed to expanding the IAPT talking therapies programme in England, doubling the number of patients seen annually by 2024. With significant funding from SBRI Healthcare, Mayden has recently developed a series of digital innovations for IAPT services to streamline the patient journey from the point of referral and to enable faster time to treatment, more choice and improved patient outcomes. Machine learning and advanced analytics aspects of this work will provide service-enhancing information directly to therapists.
Unlimited potential
The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has brought into focus the benefits of the digital provision of healthcare. Talking therapy services in the NHS have had to move to remote working environments, adapting to meet the needs of their patients and the current circumstances.
Our iaptus customers were already well placed to respond to these changes and offer a fully digital service. Clinicians can use iaptus safely and securely from home, patients can self-refer online, receive updates about their referral, book appointments and complete questionnaires online before appointments. We also launched an integrated video feature to enable therapists to hold remote one-to-one appointments securely within a patient’s record.
Unlimited talent
Mayden is made up of a team of talented software developers, data analysts, systems and data security specialists, product owners, communications and customer service specialists.
Together we’re building the kind of company we want to work for. That means an agile, open working culture, a flat structure and shared responsibility and reward for our success.
We have a commitment to personal development and a coaching culture, with team members working together and supporting one another to make things happen. Alignment with our values – transparency, collaboration, contribution and forward thinking – is important to us.
Mayden provides the leading digital care record system to psychological therapy services in England with 65% of all referrals to the NHS IAPT programme made using iaptus.
