What is it and what’s it for?

The HR Community Forum has been established to provide a dedicated space for HR and People professionals to come together to network, share, and learn together, in what is an increasingly uncertain and complex world.  

Our aims are to:

Connect and collaborate – building a supportive network for sharing challenges, insights, and best practices. 

Stimulate thinking and drive innovation – exploring fresh perspectives on workplace and organisational development. 

Learn and lead – gaining insights from expert speakers, panels, and facilitated discussions. 

Strengthen cross-sector partnerships – fostering collaboration across industries and between organisations. 

Each year we organise two significant events in central Bath and, if interest levels are sufficient, one or two smaller sessions.

Bath Unlimited Director, Sarah Williment, is convening this Forum together with an organising group comprising Mike Bull, HR Manager, Rotork Engineering, Mary Jo Cabanes-Book, HR Director, Network N, Tim Gofton, Partner, Employment Law, RWK Goodman, Sarah Matthews, Head of HR, L&C Mortgages, and Fiona Williams, HR Director, Buro Happold.
