Unlimited innovation

We are at the forefront of innovation within the tech industry, leading the AI revolution within Microsoft, being one of only four partners globally to be invited to advice Microsoft on the evolution of their Copilot.

We’re also one of their top performing partner, globally, for Customer Insight Data implementations. Testament to our innovative and creative approach working with clients to get the most out of their data and tech.

We’re proud to be an award-winning agencyMost recently  our media brand, Join the Dots, won ‘Campaign of the Year’ for our work with Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS)on an emergency appeal to buy a helicopter after their aviation supplier unexpectedly went into admission. We had just six weeks to create and launch their biggest ever fundraising appeal to raise £1M.Through our innovative and creative engagement strategies  the appeal ended with double that – raising a whopping £2M.

Our clients tell us we're fun to work with. We don’t sit still, and we won't play according to the rule book.

Unlimited potential

Salocin Group, through our charity and not-for-profit  agency, Wood for Trees, is the largest provider of data and tech services to the UK charity sector.

We work with a diverse range of charities ranging from small, local and regional charities, such Dorothy House and various Wildlife Trusts, all the way to the large national such as Guide Dogs for the Blind, Prostate Cancer, The Salvation Army and many more.

Our commitment to working with charities of all sizes, shows we are passionate about helping all causes and enabling even the smallestcharities get the most out of their budget.
Our work with charities doesn’t stop there. As part of our commitment to upholding the highest environmental, social and governance standards, we also donate 1% of our profits to a chosen charity every year. For 2025 our employees chose to donate to the Kinetic Foundation. An organisation close to Salocin Group’s heart as our late employee, Mike Dodds, was an Non Executive Director there.

Unlimited talent

We have a committee that supports our B Corp accreditation to continually improve our diversity and inclusion initiatives. Having a committee allows us to drive business change from our people’s perspective rather than driven down.

We encourage individuals from different backgrounds to join and build careers with us. Our hiring process is anonymised and we include statements to encourage people to apply for roles, even if they can’t perform all duties defined in the role profile.

We have a Future Female Leadership Programme to coach and support our woman with the right skills to become future leaders in our industry.

We have also  employed a number of apprentices to support our teams, to gain skills and knowledge outside of the ‘traditional’ educational routes. Weoften continue to employ them after their apprenticeship has ended.

We also have a dedicated training fund that can be accessed by employees that enable them to enrol on various courses to train and upskill.

We recognise that to obtain and retain the best talent, we need to align with the changing requirements of people. As such we enable fully remote working to offer a better work life balance and have an initiative for flexible Fridays, meaning our people can take a half day.

Salocin Group, through our charity and not-for-profit  agency, Wood for Trees, is the largest provider of data and tech services to the UK charity sector.
